On May 21, the overseas Chinese trade promotion fair themed "Quality Chinese Goods, Qingtian Goes Global" was held in Qingtian, as one of the key events of the 2026 Journey of Dreams: Zhejiang Overseas Chinese Women's Rose Tour to Qingtian. More than 60 guests attended, including members of the Women's Work Committee of Zhejiang Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, representatives from provincial, municipal and county federations of returned overseas Chinese, as well as female overseas Chinese entrepreneurs and leaders of Zhejiang origin.

At the fair, outstanding enterprises including Aima Technology, Landison Hotel, Shiheng Holdings and Shier Catering took the stage to present their achievements. Covering advanced manufacturing, cultural tourism services, digital technology and specialty catering, they fully demonstrated their brand strength and development visions. The event built a high-end, practical exchange platform, enabling Zhejiang enterprises to leverage overseas Chinese connections and help quality domestic products enter global markets.

In recent years, Qingtian has fully capitalized on its overseas Chinese resources and pursued development through opening-up, delivering impressive results in overseas Chinese trade. Taking overseas Chinese as a bridge for two-way exchanges, the county has forged the open brand "First Stop for Imports, Premier Launch for Exports in Qingtian". The Qingtian Imported Commodity City houses over 100,000 products from more than 70 countries, earning its well-deserved reputation as a "World Supermarket".

Qingtian has hosted seven consecutive Overseas Chinese Imported Commodities Expo. It pioneered the "Quality Chinese Goods, Qingtian Goes Global" exhibition zone, which has helped over 90 enterprises precisely connect with global buyers, allowing "Made in China" and "Smart Made in Qingtian" products to sail to global markets.

Empowered by digital intelligence and warm services, Qingtian launched the country's first "Digital & Smart Overseas Chinese Affairs Platform", enabling cross-border processing of over 80 high-frequency government services. These efficient efforts have warmed the hearts and rallied the strength of overseas Chinese. Qingtian's overseas Chinese trade practices are not only a vivid epitome of Zhejiang's open economy but also a model for overseas Chinese communities integrating into national development, providing valuable experience and setting a benchmark for the province's innovative overseas Chinese trade development.

Taking this event as a new starting point, Qingtian will further deepen cooperation between overseas Chinese merchants and local enterprises and accelerate project implementation. The county will continue to polish the golden brand of "Quality Chinese Goods, Qingtian Goes Global", improve the overseas Chinese trade ecosystem, strengthen platform carriers, pool overseas Chinese capital and talents, and unite the strength of female overseas Chinese representatives.
