In recent days, the County Real Estate Registration Center has organized staff to carry out convenient services of "certificate delivery to doorsteps" and "service delivery to doorsteps", further promoting the extension of real estate registration services to towns and villages. It has effectively solved the practical difficulties of farmers in "obtaining certificates with great trouble and long distances", and let the people feel the warmth and quality of government services.

"I never expected to get the Real Estate Ownership Certificate before the Spring Festival, and it was even delivered directly to my door. The government's service is really thoughtful and efficient!" Master Chen from Tantou Village, Chuanliao Town took the brand-new Real Estate Ownership Certificate from the staff, with joy and gratitude written all over his face.

This "dual door-to-door" service is a specific measure taken by the County Real Estate Registration Center to continuously optimize the business environment and deepen the delivery of government services to the grassroots. Taking advantage of the concentrated return of overseas Chinese and migrant workers during the Spring Festival, the center adopts a service model of "fixed-point services as the mainstay and mobile services as a supplement". Relying on the fixed real estate registration service windows at the township grassroots level and the "mobile service points" for real estate registration in remote towns, it provides one-stop full-process services such as consultations and answers, document acceptance and certificate issuance for farmers including the elderly, the infirm, those with mobility impairments, and left-behind solitary residents who have actual certificate application needs, thus truly bridging the "last mile" of serving the people. Up to now, more than 120 extended real estate registration services have been handled, including 20 cases of "certificate delivery to doorsteps" and 17 cases of "service delivery to doorsteps".

The relevant person in charge of the County Real Estate Registration Center said that in the future, the center will continue to promote innovative and convenient service measures, continuously expand service coverage and improve service accuracy, and normalize and make them long-term effective such warm services as "certificate delivery to doorsteps" and "service delivery to doorsteps". In this way, more people can enjoy efficient, convenient and warm real estate registration services right at their doorsteps.
